In view of the relationship between Indus and Brahmi that was revealed by a frequency analysis [4], other parallels in the records in these scripts are investigated. This includes the use of abbreviations and similarities in numeral signs. An identification of the sign for 10 in Indus has been made. This turns out to be similar to the Brahmi sign for 10.
