Abstract

Two men named Zhou Zhengxiang and Wang Guiyun, self-styled "Emperor" and "Lord Buddha" respectively, who were the chief culprits in a case involving the use of feudal superstition to carry out counter-revolutionary activities, were executed on January 30 in the town of Xiangtan, Hunan province.
