The present paper stress on the distinction between the two idealizations~-- eternal (primordial) black hole and a black hole formed in a process of gravitation collapse. Such a distinction is an essential condition for a better understanding of the relation between Unruh effect and Hawking effect. The fundamental character of the discussions inside requires a preferred orientation to results of the local QFT in curved space-time.
