Abstract

Doctors from leading Chinese hospitals admitted in undercover phone calls that organs harvested from Falun Gong detainees were available, an informal, independent “people’s tribunal” has disclosed. The seven member panel concluded last year1 that mass forced organ harvesting from prisoners of conscience in China over years constitutes crimes against humanity under international law. The tribunal has now released a more detailed body of evidence that it says supports its conclusion that China is guilty of a continuing, state run programme of forced organ harvesting from innocent prisoners of conscience.
