We study the polarized Drell-Yan processes from the collision of two spin-1/2 hadrons at order 1/Q based on the framework of transverse-momentum dependent factorization. We give the complete twist-three results of total 16 independent structure functions in terms of twist-two and twist-three transverse-momentum dependent distribution functions.
