Abstract

Detailed calculations of the complete O(\ensuremathαs) corrections to the top-quark decay widths \ensuremathΓ(t\ensuremath→q+V) with V=g, \ensuremathγ, Z, and q=u, c are presented. Besides describing in detail the calculations in our previous work [Phys. Rev. Lett. 102, 072001 (2009)], we also include the mixing effects of the flavor-changing neutral-current operators for t\ensuremath→q+\ensuremathγ and t\ensuremath→q+Z, which were not considered previously. We show that the mixing effects can either be large or small depending on the values of various anomalous couplings and thereby increase or decrease the branching ratios for t\ensuremath→q+\ensuremathγ and t\ensuremath→q+Z.
