Abstract

Stimulated by a recent development of the universal seesaw mass matrix model, the evolutions of the gauge and Yukawa coupling constants are investigated under the gauge symmetries SU(3)c\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fiSU(2)L\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fiSU(2)R\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fiU(1)Y. Especially, an investigation is made as to whether this evolution can constrain the necessary intermediate scales in these types of models and its viability.
