In the present work we study the semileptonic decays of Bs mesons in the context of nonrelativistic constituent quark models. We estimate the uncertainties of our calculation using different interquark potentials to obtain the meson wave functions. We check the results from our model against the predictions of Heavy Quark Symmetry, in the limit of infinite heavy quark mass. We also study the nonleptonic decays of Bs mesons within the factorization approximation.
