Abstract

One of the variants that must be taken into account is the number of man-hours required to carry out the operation under both summer and winter conditions. Unfortunately, it would appear that there are no reliable figures available for factors such as this. Thus the present study was undertaken in an effort to obtain some indication of the relative productivity of winter and summer operations.
