One thousand one hundred and fifty eight measurements of 1056 binary star systems observed mainly during 1988 and 1989 by means of speckle interferometry with the 4 m telescopes on Kitt Peak and Cerro Tololo are presented. Eight systems are resolved for the first time. This program, begun at Kitt Peak in 1975, has now been expanded to include the southern hemisphere.
