Using 355 pb^\ensuremath-1 of data collected by the CDF II detector in pp collisions at √(s)=1.96 TeV at the Fermilab Tevatron, we study the fully reconstructed hadronic decays B(s)0\ensuremath→D(s)^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+ and B(s)0\ensuremath→D(s)^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-. We present the first measurement of the ratio of branching fractions B(Bs0\ensuremath→Ds^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-)/B(B0\ensuremath→D^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-)=1.05\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.10(stat)\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.22(syst). We also update our measurement of B(Bs0\ensuremath→Ds^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+)/B(B0\ensuremath→D^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+) to 1.13\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.08(stat)\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.23(syst), improving the statistical uncertainty by more than a factor of 2. We find B(Bs0\ensuremath→Ds^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+)=[3.8\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.3(stat)\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi1.3(syst)]\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi10^\ensuremath-3 and B(Bs0\ensuremath→Ds^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-)=[8.4\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.8(stat)\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi3.2(syst)]\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi10^\ensuremath-3.
