We present a measurement of relative partial widths and decay rate CP asymmetries in K^\ensuremath-K+ and \ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+ decays of D0 mesons produced in pp collisions at √(s)=1.96 TeV. We use a sample of 2\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi105 D*+\ensuremath→D0\ensuremathπ+ (and charge conjugate) decays with the D0 decaying to K^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+, K^\ensuremath-K+, and \ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+, corresponding to 123 pb^\ensuremath-1 of data collected by the Collider Detector at Fermilab II experiment at the Fermilab Tevatron collider. No significant direct CP violation is observed. We measure \ensuremathΓ(D0\ensuremath→K^\ensuremath-K+)/\ensuremathΓ(D0\ensuremath→K^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+)=0.0992\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.0011\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.0012, \ensuremathΓ(D0\ensuremath→\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+)/\ensuremathΓ(D0\ensuremath→K^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+)=0.035 94\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.000 54\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.000 40, ACP(K^\ensuremath-K+)=(2.0\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi1.2\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.6)%, and ACP(\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+)=(1.0\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi1.3\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.6)%, where, in all cases, the first uncertainty is statistical and the second is systematic.
