The joint EU-Europol Organized Crime Outlook project initiated in Belgium, Sweden, and Slovenia aims to identify predictive trends and apply risk theories, in support of developing more proactive and eff ective means of combating organized crime in Europe. Methodological issues of defi nition, data collection, and measurement are being analyzed by the Slovenian and other teams.
