the article is devoted to the tool of creation of business processes of the organization by comparative analysis of the most popular operational ERP-accounting systems in Russia: the definition of quality indicators of each of the systems that affect the nature of the management decision (price, functionality, accuracy of the information generated and other), highlighting the advantages of each of the options. The final goal of this article is to provide the justification for the priority of the SAP system and development of the general concept. The general concept takes a huge part of the formation of thinking in management and affects the overall quality of the business process.
