Using data collected by the CLEO II detector at a center-of-mass energy on or near the \ensuremathΥ(4S) resonance, we have determined the 90% confidence level upper limit B(B\ensuremath→\ensuremathΛc+e^\ensuremath-X)/B(B\ensuremath→(\ensuremathΛc+ or \ensuremathΛc^\ensuremath-)X)<0.05 for electrons with momentum above 0.6GeV/c. We have also obtained the limit B(B^\ensuremath-\ensuremath→\ensuremathΛc+pe^\ensuremath-\ensuremathνe)/B(B\ensuremath→\ensuremathΛc+pX)<0.04 at the 90% confidence level and measured the ratio B(B\ensuremath→\ensuremathΛc+pX)/B(B\ensuremath→(\ensuremathΛc+ or \ensuremathΛc^\ensuremath-)X)=0.57\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.05\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.05.
