For some choices of soft supersymmetry-breaking parameters, the lighest supersymmetric particle is a stable neutralino \stackrel\ifmmode \else \~\fi\ensuremathχ10 that is almost degenerate in mass with the lightest chargino \stackrel\ifmmode \else \~\fi\ensuremathχ1^\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi (\ensuremathΔm_\stackrel\ifmmode \else \~\fi\ensuremathχ\ensuremath≡m_\stackrel\ifmmode \else \~\fi\ensuremathχ1^\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi\ensuremath-m_\stackrel\ifmmode \else \~\fi\ensuremathχ10\ensuremath∼m_\ensuremathπ\ensuremath-fewGeV), and all other sparticles are relatively heavy. We discuss the potential of a √(s)\ensuremath∼600GeV e+e^\ensuremath- collider for studying such models.
