We improve our previous QCD sum rule calculation on g_KN\ensuremathΛ and g_KN\ensuremathΣ coupling constants by including the contributions from higher dimensional condensates, 〈qgs\ensuremathσ\ensuremath⋅Gq〉 and 〈qq〉〈(\ensuremathαs/\ensuremathπ)G2〉, in the OPE. It is found that the contribution of these condensates is non-negligible compared to that of the quark condensates. Using a best-fit analysis we find |g_KN\ensuremathΛ|=2.49\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi1.25 and |g_KN\ensuremathΣ|=0.395\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.377.
