It is shown that the study of the \ensuremathω\ensuremath-\ensuremathρ0 interference pattern in the J/\stackrel\ensuremath→\ensuremathψ(\ensuremathρ0+\ensuremathω)\stackrel\ensuremath→\ensuremathη\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-\ensuremathη decay provides evidence for the large (nearly 90\ifmmode^∘\else\textdegree\fi) relative phase between the one-photon and the three-gluon decay amplitudes.
