We compute the O(\ensuremathαs) QCD corrections to the inclusive process e+e^\ensuremath-\ensuremath→tth. Although the total rate is small, it has a distinctive experimental signature and can potentially be used to measure the top-quark--Higgs-boson Yukawa coupling. The QCD corrections increase the rate by a factor of roughly 1.5 for e+e^\ensuremath-\ensuremath→tth at √(s)=500GeV and Mh=100GeV. At √(s)=1TeV, the corrections are small.
