We present an exact \ensuremathαs calculation of the Wilson coefficients associated with the dipole moment operators. We also give an estimate of the branching ratio for b\ensuremath→s\ensuremathγ. We find that higher dimensional effects are under control within 9% for B(b\ensuremath→s\ensuremathγ)=(4.3\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.37)\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi10^\ensuremath-4.
