We present measurements of the \ensuremathΛb0 lifetime in the exclusive decay channel \ensuremathΛb0\ensuremath→J/\ensuremathψ\ensuremathΛ0, with J/\ensuremathψ\ensuremath→\ensuremathμ+\ensuremathμ^\ensuremath- and \ensuremathΛ0\ensuremath→p\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-, the B0 lifetime in the decay B0\ensuremath→J/\ensuremathψKS0 with J/\ensuremathψ\ensuremath→\ensuremathμ+\ensuremathμ^\ensuremath- and KS0\ensuremath→\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-, and the ratio of these lifetimes. The analysis is based on approximately 250 pb^\ensuremath-1 of data recorded with the D0 detector in pp collisions at √(s)=1.96 TeV. The \ensuremathΛb0 lifetime is determined to be \ensuremathτ(\ensuremathΛb0)=1.22_\ensuremath-0.18+0.22(stat)\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.04(syst) ps, the B0 lifetime \ensuremathτ(B0)=1.40_\ensuremath-0.10+0.11(stat)\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.03(syst) ps, and the ratio \ensuremathτ(\ensuremathΛb0)/\ensuremathτ(B0)=0.87_\ensuremath-0.14+0.17(stat)\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.03(syst). In contrast with previous measurements using semileptonic decays, this is the first determination of the \ensuremathΛb0 lifetime based on a fully reconstructed decay channel.
