We search for B^\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi\ensuremath→[K^\ensuremath∓\ensuremathπ^\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi]DK^\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi decays, where [K^\ensuremath∓\ensuremathπ^\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi]D indicates that the K^\ensuremath∓\ensuremathπ^\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi pair originates from the decay of a D0 or D0. Results are based on 120\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi106 \ensuremathΥ(4S)\ensuremath→BB decays collected with the BABAR detector at SLAC. We set an upper limit on the ratio R_K\ensuremathπ\ensuremath≡\phantom\rule0ex0ex\frac[\ensuremathΓ(B+\ensuremath→[K^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+]DK+)+\ensuremathΓ(B^\ensuremath-\ensuremath→[K+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-]DK^\ensuremath-)][\ensuremathΓ(B+\ensuremath→[K+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-]DK+)+\ensuremathΓ(B^\ensuremath-\ensuremath→[K^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+]DK^\ensuremath-)]<0.026 (90% C.L.). This constrains the amplitude ratio rB\ensuremath≡\phantom\rule0ex0ex|A(B^\ensuremath-\ensuremath→D0K^\ensuremath-)/A(B^\ensuremath-\ensuremath→D0K^\ensuremath-)|<0.22 (90% C.L.), consistent with expectations. The small value of rB favored by our analysis suggests that the determination of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa phase \ensuremathγ from B\ensuremath→DK will be difficult.
