We report results of a study of charmless B meson decays to three-body K\ensuremathπ\ensuremathπ,KK\ensuremathπ and KKK final states. Measurements of branching fractions for B decays to K+(0)\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-,K+K+K^\ensuremath-,K0K+K^\ensuremath-,K+KS0KS0 and KS0KS0KS0 final states are presented. The decays B0\ensuremath→K0K+K^\ensuremath-,B+\ensuremath→K+KS0KS0 and B0\ensuremath→KS0KS0KS0 are observed for the first time. We also report evidence for B+\ensuremath→K+K^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+ decay. For the three-body final states K0K+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-,KS0KS0\ensuremathπ+,K+K+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath- and K^\ensuremath-\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ+, 90% confidence level upper limits are reported. Finally, we discuss the possibility of using the three-body B0\ensuremath→KS0K+K^\ensuremath- decay for CP violation studies. The results are obtained with a 78 fb^\ensuremath-1 data sample collected at the \ensuremathΥ(4S) resonance by the Belle detector operating at the KEKB asymmetric energy e+e^\ensuremath- collider.
