Abstract

We present measurements of the branching fractions of the decays B+\ensuremath→\mathrm\ensuremathη^\mathrm\ensuremath'K+ and B0\ensuremath→\mathrm\ensuremathη^\mathrm\ensuremath'K0. For B0\ensuremath→\mathrm\ensuremathη^\mathrm\ensuremath'KS0 we also measure the time-dependent CP-violation parameters S_\mathrm\ensuremathη^\mathrm\ensuremath'KS0 and C_\mathrm\ensuremathη^\mathrm\ensuremath'KS0, and for B+\ensuremath→\mathrm\ensuremathη^\mathrm\ensuremath'K+ the time-integrated charge asymmetry Ach. The data sample corresponds to 88.9\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi106 BB pairs produced by e+e^\ensuremath- annihilation at the \ensuremathΥ(4S). The results are B(B+\ensuremath→\mathrm\ensuremathη^\mathrm\ensuremath'K+)=(76.9\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi3.5\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi4.4)\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi10^\ensuremath-6, B(B0\ensuremath→\mathrm\ensuremathη^\mathrm\ensuremath'K0)=(60.6\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi5.6\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi4.6)\ifmmode×\else\texttimes\fi10^\ensuremath-6, S_\mathrm\ensuremathη^\mathrm\ensuremath'KS0=0.02\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.34\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.03, C_\mathrm\ensuremathη^\mathrm\ensuremath'KS0=0.10\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.22\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.04, and Ach=0.037\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.045\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.011.
