We measure the branching fractions of the \ensuremathψ(2S) meson to the leptonic final states e+e^\ensuremath- and \ensuremathμ+\ensuremathμ^\ensuremath- relative to that for \ensuremathψ(2S)\ensuremath→J/\ensuremathψ\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-. The method uses \ensuremathψ(2S) mesons produced in the decay of B mesons at the \ensuremathΥ(4S) resonance in a data sample collected with the BABAR detector at the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center. Using previous measurements for the \ensuremathψ(2S)\ensuremath→J/\ensuremathψ\ensuremathπ+\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath- branching fraction, we determine the e+e^\ensuremath- and \ensuremathμ+\ensuremathμ^\ensuremath- branching fractions to be 0.0078\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.0009\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.0008 and 0.0067\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.0008\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.0007, respectively.
