Abstract

The ratios of the yields of primary charged antiparticles to particles have been obtained for pions, kaons, and protons near midrapidity for p+p collisions at √sNN=200\phantom\rule0.3em0exGeV. Ratios of \ensuremath⟨\ensuremathπ^\ensuremath-/\ensuremathπ+\ensuremath⟩=1.000\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.012 (stat.) \ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi\phantom\rule0.1em0ex0.019 (syst.), \ensuremath⟨K^\ensuremath-/K+\ensuremath⟩=0.93\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.05 (stat.) \ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi\phantom\rule0.1em0ex0.03 (syst.), and \ensuremath⟨p/p\ensuremath⟩=0.85\ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi0.04 (stat.) \ifmmode±\else\textpm\fi\phantom\rule0.3em0ex0.03 (syst.) have been measured. The reported values represent the ratio of the yields averaged over the rapidity range of 0.1<y_\ensuremathπ<1.3 and 0<yK,p<0.8, and for transverse momenta of 0.1<pT^\ensuremathπ,K<1.0\phantom\rule0.3em0exGeV/c and 0.3<pTp<1.0\phantom\rule0.3em0exGeV/c. Within the uncertainties, all three ratios are consistent with the values measured in d+Au collisions at the same energy. The data are compared to results from other collision systems and energies.
