Abstract Erneut dargestelltes Na 3 AgO 2 (hell blaß‐gelbes Pulver, glasklare Einkristalle), orthorhombisch, Raumgruppe Ibam mit a = 5,46 3 Å, b = 10,92 6 Å, c = 5,92 6 Å, Z = 4, d rö = 3,94 g · cm −3 , d pyk = 3,89 g · cm −3 , Lageparameter siehe Text, ist strukturell durch lineare „Hanteln”︁ [OAgO], d(Ag→O) = 2,09 5 Å ausgezeichnet. Es liegt eine neuartige Na 2 O‐Variante vor. Der Madelung‐Anteil der Gitterenergie, MAPLE, und Effektive Koordinationszahlen, ECoN, werden berechnet und diskutiert.
