Abstract

During a study of Lecithoceridae of Papua New Guinea, an undescribed species of Torodrora, Torodrora wauensis Park, new species, was discovered. The new species is described, and illustrations of the adult, labial palpus, hind tibia, wing venation, and male and female genitalia are provided. The new species is compared with Torodrora meyi Park from the Philippine Islands, to which it is closely allied.
