Abstract

Primary cutaneous diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, leg type (PCDLBCL-LT) is a rare type of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma presenting in the skin (Willemze et al, 2019). Most patients (85%) reach complete remission (CR) after initial treatment with immune polychemotherapy (rituximab plus cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin hydrochloride, vincristine, and prednisone) or, in some instances, local RT; however, cutaneous relapses (70%) and systemic spread (50%) result in poor outcome with 50% 5-year disease-specific survival (Willemze et al, 2018).
