Abstract

Monochromatic Ga Kα (9251.74 eV) x-ray radiation was used to acquire hard x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (HAXPES) data on copper oxides Cu(I), Cu2O, and Cu(II), CuO. The reported spectra include a survey spectrum and high-resolution spectra of Cu 1s, Cu 2s, Cu 2p, O 1s, and the Cu KLL Auger peak. The data will be useful for HAXPES measurements of Cu materials.
