Abstract

Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG)-associated autoinflammatory syndromes (PGAAIS)<sup>1,2</sup> encompass clinical phenotypes such as pyogenic arthritis, PG, and acne (PAPA) syndrome, and PG, acne, hidradenitis suppurativa (PASH) syndrome.<sup>1-4</sup> However, some patients exhibit features of these syndromes without fitting the current nomenclature.<sup>1</sup>
