Abstract

The Acta Universi hypothesis provides for the first time a strict physical definition of the Social consciousness as a collective thought form of humanity with a total entropy S__hHUMAN ≈ 103⁵-103⁸ bits / s (2025). This makes humanity a single quantum object in the AU field-with its own free will, capable of influencing global events (UAP, climate, technosphere) and even cosmological expansion.
