Abstract

We propose two new replacement names for two fossil dreissenids from Serbia and Romania, as both are unreplaced junior primary homonyms of previously described taxa. The newly proposed replacement name for Congeria praebalatonica Miletić-Spajić, 1959 is C. interamnis nom. nov., and C. oliverae nom. nov. is proposed for C. elongata Jeanrenaud, 1963.
