Abstract

Tarsal-carpal coalition syndrome (TCC) is a rare autosomal dominant inherited disorder characterized by progressive synostosis of the tarsals, carpals, and phalanges with wide phenotypic variation.<sup>1</sup> A 25-year-old male individual presented at the rheumatology clinic with a 1-year history of peripheral joint pain.
