First record of Eutrichosiphum sinense Raychaudhuri (Hemiptera, Aphididae, Greenideinae) from South Korea, with an illustrated key to the Korean Greenideinae species

Abstract

Background: The subfamily Greenideinae (Hemiptera, Aphididae) comprises approximately 180 species in 16 genera worldwide. It is divided into three tribes: Cervaphidini, Greenideini, and Schoutedeniini, with the majority of species assigned to Greenideini. In South Korea, seven species representing four genera have been recorded to date. New information: in Samgye-ri, Naedong-myeon, Jinju-si, South Korea (35.1477, 128.0448). This species is reported here for the first time from South Korea. Illustrations of apterous viviparous females, together with morphological descriptions, measurements, host plant information, and distributional data, are provided.
