Abstract

Standard models of abiogenesis often describe the emergence of life as a stochastic accident frozen by selection. In this work, we propose that biology is the inevitable result of Structured Dissipation within the Harmonic Divisor Fan (HDF) Lattice. By simulating the geometric constraints of the vacuum, we derive three fundamental biological asymmetries: (1) The homochirality of amino acids as a path of least lattice resistance, (2) Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) as a reservoir of geometric lattice tension, and (3) The Genetic Code as an error-correcting lattice map. Our results suggest that life is not a random occurrence, but a ”Sixness Minimization Algorithm” inherent to the geometry of space itself.
