Abstract

Abstract Naturally occurring kaempferol 3‐ O ‐β‐ D ‐(6″‐ O ‐coumaroyl)glucopyranoside (tiliroside) has been synthesized thereby confirming its structure. This is the first acylated flavonoid glycoside to be synthesized.
