Abstract

In Brief Sarcoidosis is a rare immune-driven multisystem disorder with far-reaching consequences for perioperative care. The authors present an evidence-based framework for management of sarcoidosis patients undergoing noncardiac surgery, focusing on cardiac and pulmonary assessment, anesthetic considerations, and postoperative monitoring strategies.
