This paper presents a formal recombination of gauge theory and arithmetic primitives, reclassifying the Standard Model not as a collection of accidental constants, but as a Centrifugal Engine of logical equilibrium. We demonstrate that the "Free Parameters" of physics—the coupling strengths of SU(3), SU(2), and SU(1)—are fixed geometric operators within a 26- dimensional shell, governed by the Law of Twelve. By substituting the variable fields of standard QFT with the stable bit-phases of the SUTe Master Equation (Hp = 0), we resolve the structural debt of the manifold (the 1/12 mass gap). We propose a system of Manifold Accounting where existence is a self-resolving ledger, anchored by the mechanical requirement of the observer to process the vacuum’s structural residue. The resulting framework establishes that SU(n) symmetries are the hardware, quantum states are the software, and chirality is the system format of a finite, rotational reality.
