Abstract The paper explores the physical meaning of thought forms within the framework of the Acta Universi hypothesis. Thought forms are considered as fundamental units of recording irreversible events in the AU field. The study covers ontological, thermodynamic, cognitive, quantum-informational, and technological aspects of thought forms. The research methodology includes mathematical modeling, quantum mechanical approach, thermodynamic analysis, and principles of holographic cosmology. It has been established that thought forms are entropy carriers that provide the connection between information and energy within the Acta Universi hypothesis. It has been revealed that coherent thought forms are capable of locally changing the spacetime metric and play a key role in quantum decoherence processes. The practical significance of the work lies in creating a theoretical basis for developing technologies for controlling spacetime based on thought forms.
