Abstract

A forced derivation of the Standard Model from a single premise, that one reversible distinction is made: reversibility caps dimension at eight while three-family matter floors it there, meeting at the octonions, from which the gauge group, three generations, fractional charges, four-dimensional spacetime, and the Higgs follow by direct computation. The paper separates what is derived (the structure, representations, and charges) from what remains free (the absolute masses and couplings, exactly the free parameters of the Standard Model already), and checks every claim with a reproducible computation.
