Abstract

In this paper, we propose and evaluate a new congestion control algorithm, Multiplicity-Robust Congestion Control (MRCC), that predicts the buffering delay based on queueing theory. MRCC alleviates the increase in buffering delay when multiple flows share a bottleneck link.
