Abstract

The recreational use of cocaine is increasing in the United Kingdom and can cause systemic vasculitis.<sup>1</sup> A 54-year-old White male presented to the emergency department with a 1-day history of bilateral lower limb pain, weakness, numbness, and skin changes.
