Abstract

Title The Mallinckrodt Framework: A Unified Theory of Structural Fragility in Complex Systems Description This paper synthesizes the core theoretical components of the Mallinckrodt Framework, integrating the Ontology of Oscillation, the Mallinckrodt Axiom, the Singularization Framework, and the Compression–Resonance–Tension Index (CRTI). The framework proposes that systemic collapse in complex adaptive systems often results not from disorder but from structural over-order and progressive loss of adaptive variance. Keywords Complex systems Systems theory Nonlinear dynamics Systemic risk Structural fragility Singularization CRTI Compression resonance tension index Adaptive systems Cybernetics Organizational resilience System collapse Feedback systems Complexity science Structural compression
