The letter is a form of communication that is gaining increasing attention in the humanities thanks in part to the rapid growth of digital access to sources. This volume is the first to bring perspectives from literary studies and history together with those from historical network studies and the digital humanities. It presents key questions, methods, and case analyses of data-driven epistolary studies.
