In the Acta Universi 2025 hypothesis, dark energy is a universal archive of events (AU-field), where the entropy sΘ is a measure of accumulated irreversible events. Entropy emission is a process in which excess entropy is "thrown" into space in the form of weak scalar radiation that affects the cosmological expansion (Λeff ∝ Stotal). This explains why dark energy is dynamic (w(t) = -1 + δ(t), δ ≈ 3 × 10-10 ln(1 + t/tPl)) and why living systems (with high sΘ) emit more strongly.
