Abstract

Harmonized workflow used in the EU‑funded project PANCAID for coordinated blood collection and initial processing of multiple biospecimen types from the same patient across two Swedish regions. Samples were collected from healthy controls, individuals at risk, early pancreatic cancer patients, and advanced pancreatic cancer patients.The following sample types were collected:Plasma separation (EDTA-plasma and citrate-plasma)Whole blood handlingDried blood spots (DBS) Pre‑analytical stepsTransport conditions<br>
