A 59-year-old man on continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis presented to our center with the complaint of decreased ultrafiltration, followed by edema in both lower limbs as well as his scrotum. His ultrafiltration acutely decreased from 800 ml daily to −400 ml under the same dialysis regimen.
