Abstract

In the original publication, the country labels in Table 5 were inadvertently shifted relative to the corresponding numerical rows during table preparation.As a result, the reported 'Reserve' shares, consumption values, relative changes and comparison years were assigned to the wrong countries in 12 rows.Most importantly, the values of 1.1% and 0.34 DID belong to Greece, not Germany.
