Abstract

Based on DNA studies, the species of Agrostopoa Davidse, Soreng & P.M. Peterson and Raimundochloa A.M.Molina are here transferred to Poa L.: Poa barclayae , P. wallisii , P. woodii , comb. nov. and P. ana-molinae nom. nov. Raimundochloa trachyantha (Phil.) A.M.Molina is placed in P. subg. Parodiochloa (Soreng) Soreng & L.J.Gillespie, stat nov. In addition, we correct or comment on phylogenetic reports of species of Bellardiochloa Chiov., Nicoraepoa Soreng & L.J.Gillespie and Cutandia Willk., aligning in Poa .
